LETTERS TO MY MOTHERThe much-talk about movie ‘LETTERS TO MY MOTHER’ is set for first time screening in Nigeria on Friday, June 14.

The premiere will be held at the Silverbird Cinema Galleria in Lagos, Nigeria at exactly 6.00pm.

The movie stars John Dumelo, Adjetey Annang, Kafui Danku, Roselyn Ngissah, Eddy Watson, Paulina Oduro, Solomon Sampa and Candy Akogba

Below is an excerpt to the movie:

When mike returns home after a 5 year sojourn overseas with Angie…his wife to be and mother of his unborn child, he is greeted with such hatred in his mother’s eyes that leaves him gaping and searching for the truth…A truth however, he cannot find …Not without bloodshed.

Faces masked… secrets buried…hearts broken… Mike embarks on a journey to where it all began…to a world where the tides of time and fate play the ugly game we call destiny.

At the end…. all that is left are LETTERS….LETTERS from a son to a mother’s bones.

It has already been premiered [on Wednesday, March] in Ghana at the Silverbird Cinema, Accra Mall. To grace the Lagos premiere will be Majid Michel and Jackie Appiah, who were though not part of the cast.

‘LETTERS TO MY MOTHER’ was written and directed by multi-award winning film-maker Pascal Amanfo and was produced by Kafui Danku of ABC Pictures Limited
