I know by now you are not a novice to the word “tweaa” - a Ghanaian expression used to convey derision. Well, the word was used by Mr. Gabriel Barima, the District Chief Executive of the Ahafo-Ano South District of the Republic of Ghana and has since been trending everywhere especially on social media.
The word cropped up when he was heckled by a health worker in his district when he was giving a speech at a function.
