I’m Not Struggling – Apaatse debunks Claim

Apaatse reacts to State of His Music Career

Apaatse has denied reports that he is facing difficulties in his music career.

According to him, despite moving on without a record label, he is currently engaging in non-music projects.

Real name Enoch Mensah, he mentioned that these include a house, as well as a lounge that he is constructing.

He made this assertion following Facebook post by music promoter and critic Rodney who stated the ‘Kɛba’ crooner is musically good but needs a properly instituted management team to bring his career into fruition.

Comparing him to Black Avenue Muzik‘s Wisa Greid, Rodney also added that he should also concentrate on projecting the Apaatse brand, while advising him to limit the times he spends with friends in Labadi, a place he grew up.

While admitting that some of Rodney’s claims are true, Apaatse stated that it would have been better if he had informed him privately.

The ‘Wobaaya’ crooner made this known in an interview with Sammy Flex on Zylofon 102.1 FM’s ‘Showbiz Agenda’ programme on Wednesday.

Reacting to his management deal with former label, the singer and rapper noted that he never signed a contract with Sisko Josh Records. However, he added that they worked out of trust.

Reacting to how he is funding his projects, he noted that its the money from painting, graphic designing, and song writing.

Apaatse currently works with a team that helps him to record songs, strategize on how to promote it, etc.
