This result means Great Olympics, Bofoakwa Tano, and Real Tamale United are heading back to the Division One League in the coming season.
Accra Hearts of Oak finishes the league on 14th position out of eighteen (18) teams.
The Accra-based football club managed 45 points, plus 4 goals which is just a point above the relegated team Great Olympics.
