Price was initially suspended after The Hollywood Reporter‘s publication which detailed the accusations, as made by Isa Hackett, a producer of the Amazon series “The Man In The High Castel.”
According to Hackett, Price made sexually offensive comments to her, despite her freeze outs — an incident which she say, started in 2015, when they were both attending Comic-Con.
Albert Cheng, who has been in charge since Price was put on a “leave of absence” will continue as the interim head of the Santa Monica-based studio, sources say.
Amazon faces stiff competition from Netflix, Apple and other brands in the TV and film production and distribution industry.
Deep-throat sources has told that Amazon’s original-programming source was already considering a change in strategy before Price was hit by this allegation.
