Ace Ghanaian music producer Mix Master Garzy has revealed that he has been accused of making use of black power, popularly known as ‘juju’ in Ghana, and across some West African countries.
According to the producer this was as a result of his remarkable feat in the music industry.
Real name Benjamin Garzy Mensah, he adds that some of his colleagues also accused him because he is noted for producing hit songs.
However, he did not mention a single name in connection with this.
Mix Master Garzy has worked with a number of top Ghanaian and Nigerian musicians as a result of the finesse in his productions.
They include, but not limited to Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Samini, Becca, Davido, and Patoranking.
He made this revelation in an interview with Sammy Flex on Zylofon 102.1 FM on Tuesday.
Asked whether music production is making him the money he noted that it is good but it is not all about receiving payment, but business opportunities.
“At times its not about the pay but you get to know the business side of it,” he said.
Some of his major productions include “Pull Up” by Stonebwoy, “Enemies” by Jupitar featuring Sarkodie, “Iskoki” by Samini, and “Alhaji” by VVIP featuring Patoranking.
