Ghanaian media personality Kofi Okyere Darko, popularly known as KOD has stated that Afriyie’s attitude is the cause of Wutah’s breakups.
According to the former manager of the erstwhile music group, Wutah has also had issues and Afriyie‘s actions and inactions brought the team down.
He made this comment in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz 103.9 FM’s ‘Daybreak Hitz’ show.
“Big dreams was the biggest song then and it was our song for the very first world cup… Wutah stressed me than any act I’ve worked with. Wutah has always had issues. I always told them to look at the bigger picture. We don’t have to be friends to make money,” he noted.
“Afriyie didn’t show up for some interviews even though you can’t dispute how talented he is. He is one of the best but his attitude brought the team down,” he added.

The group after their long breakup returned with the hit song ‘Bronya‘, and also signed to musician Guru‘s NKZ Music record label in May 2017.
However, the label boss who has mentioned that the group is not living up to expectation has filed lawsuit against the them.
In reaction to this, KOD added that he has been vindicated.
