On his part, Managing Director of Access Bank Ghana, Dolapo Ogundimu emphasized on the importance of the promotion which is to encourage the saving culture of Ghanaians.
“The amounts in savings in the Ghanaian economy, determines what is available for investment. Improvement in the level of savings for investment has the potential to reduce the average cost of funds for banks which will in turn have a lowering impact on lending rates and the general cost of doing business in Ghana” he noted.
The Access Bank MD stressed their commitment to empowering many people through the Easy Access Promo thus making it open to everyone.
Dolapo Ogundimu urged those who always adopt a wait and see attitude to take full advantage of the promo because “everyday of waiting affects your chances of winning the instant souvenirs as well as other exciting prizes in the mini and the grand draws”.
Some of the prizes include generator sets, flat screen LED televisions, smart phones and tablets.
The promotion is set to run for three months.
Speaking at the launch, the head of Business Promotions at the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Ekow Incoom commended Access Bank for the laudable initiative intended to give back to society.
He said the NLA is ever ready to partner with any company or corporate organizations who contact them when running such promotions.
