This comes after both Chelsea FC and Real Madrid CF agreed the deal worth £130million for the attacker’s transfer.
Howver, Real Madrid will pay an £88.5million initial fee.
Eden Hazard has also accepted all the contract clauses.
At Chelsea, Hazard played 352 games, scored 110 goals and gave 81 assists. He also won among others two (2) Europa League and Premier League titles each.
