Fire, food, friendship, and fun was the order of the day when the Ghana Barbecue Association (GBQA) held its barbecue and wine networking event.
The function saw members of the hospitality profession and general public share quality moments together, over hot grill and fine drinks.
Held at the Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Alisa in Accra, Ghana on Monday, September 21, it also marked two (2) years since the GBQA was inaugurated.
Speaking to Chef Michael Quainoo, the Organising Secretary of the GBQA, he noted the membership to the association is opened to all.
“Membership is opened to the general public regardless region, race or ethnicity,” he stated.
The Ghana Barbecue Association also ensures a safe, healthy and social environment for all of its patrons or members..
The Ghana Barbecue Association seeks to serve as a national platform to promote the Barbecue industry, which eventually will create jobs for the youth and boost the local economy. The association is affiliated member of the WBQA.
