According to Dawuni “no matter how you grow, you have to always be humble enough for people to be able to help you move forward… because some of the artists are in a hurry to get popular, sometimes they come out with classic works and then after that, because they want to get popular they start putting out too much material and this demystifies their capabilities.”
Rocky Dawuni burst on to the African and world reggae scene in 1996 with the release of his debut recording, The Movement.
