Van Vicker to Premiere “When One Door Closes” in Atlanta

Van VickerMulti-award winning Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker is set to premiere his first-ever Hollywood collaborated movie titled “When One Door Closes” in Atlanta, USA.

It will be held on Sunday, August 4 at the Plaza Theatre, 1049 Ponce Le Leon Avenue, NE, Atlanta, USA whiles the After-Party takes place at the Footprint Café, 706 Grayson Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, USA.

The movie also stars Carl Payne (The Cosby Show fame), Clarice Kulah, Chet Anekwe and Sarah Spicer

Below is an excerpt of the movie:

A tale of struggle, love and triumph. Tunde, a prominent Nigerian doctor leaves his practice and emigrates to the United States in search of the American dream, only to realize the grass is not always greener on the other side.

He meets a friend (Carl Payne) who encourages him to marry an American lady – Rose (Sara Spicer) in an attempt to get a green card to legalize his stay in the US. The tale turns sour when Rose falls head over heels in love with him and complicates things.

Alechi a beautiful African lady is also struggling in the U.S. Her husband Emeka (Chet Anekwe) suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, which causes him to hallucinate, become aggressive and act irrational.

They are both fighting a massive battle and life seems very dark. Find out what happens when these two families come together in an explosive drama that compels us to look within, to face the demons that try to attack us daily.

The movie was produced by Van Vicker, Robert Peters and Clarice Ford-Kulah under White Stone Pictures and Orange Productions in collaboration with Divine Entertainment International.
