
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the President of Ghana has removed three (3) judges in Anas’ expose from the High Court.
The Justices include Justice Ayisi Addo, Justice Uuter Paul Dery and Justice Mustapha Habib Logoh.
It follows a recommendation letter from the Committee investigating the case.
“The President, in accordance with the provisions of Article 146(9) of the Constitution, has acted on the recommendation of the Committee, as the Constitution enjoins him to do, and has, accordingly, removed the three Justices of the High Court from office on the grounds of bribery and corruption,” the statement dated 16th December, 2018 and signed by Eugene Arhin, Director of Communications reads.
