John Dumelo’s Legon Campus Single Ladies Visit is ‘Predatory and Gross’ – Citi FM’s Nana Ama

On Vals Day actor John Dumelo paid a surprise visit to some single ladies on University of Ghana, Legon campus.
This action has been severely reprimanded by Citi FM’s Nana Ama Agyemang Asante, tagging it as ‘predatory and gross.’
The journalist did so in a more rhetorical reply to one of videos shared by Mr Dumelo on Twitter.
“My surprise visit to Legon yesterday was to spend Valentines with all the single ladies on campus. #spreadthelove #legon #Valsday,” these words accompanied the video.

However, this did not go down well with the feminist who, perhaps, believes its an insult to feminism.
She reacted by saying “you mean no one on your team told you not to do this because it is predatory and gross?”

Following her reply, a number of Twitter users have also descended heavily on Nana Ama.
Just check some of the replies out.
Predatory😲. You make it hard for some of us to be nice anymore.

He was very gentle in his visit. Handshakes and hugs. No kisses. Haven’t you been hugged by @benkoku before?… Do you know how depressed some girls can be when not taking out on vals day. This kind gesture can lit up there heart. God bless @johndumelo1

I’m shocked. A woman freely hugs man and Nana Ama is offended yet Nana Ama always insists on a woman’s right to choose.

Ahem! If it was a female celeb doing so would it be considered predatory? Boys bought pads and sent to underprivileged girls is that too a predatory act cos some of those boys can use the kind gesture to lure some of them?
