Shatta Wale’s PRO, Chris Koney has detailed how the Shatta Movement boss was featured on Beyoncé’s ‘The Lion King: The Gift’ album.
According to Mr Koney, it comes after a chat with Theresa and Kwasi who works with the American singer’s entertainment company Parkwood Entertainment. He revealed it was at this time that he proposed the former Zylofon Music act be considered for a slot on the forthcoming album.
“He is a real champion and his verse is killer,” was the response the team gave him (Chris).

I remember the day I had a chat with Theresa and Kwasi of Parkwood Entertainment, an American management and entertainment company founded by American singer Beyoncé about King Shatta Wale being on The Lion King. “He is a real champion and his verse is killer” – that was the response I got from them after the song was sent.
