GhOne TV goes Off-air as Camera Technicians boycott Work

GhOne TV went off air, at about 10.30 am on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, over alleged boycott by camera technicians, over unpaid salaries.

In recent past, Excellence In Broadcasting Network (EIB) has lost most of its staff, allegedly due to some financial constraints.

The likes of Jay Foley, Giovani Caleb, Berla Mundi, Anita Akuffo, and Kemini Amanor, are some of the known personalities who have moved away from the network.

PlugTimes.com understands the station and its sister ones are in severe crisis due to the inability to pay workers their salaries due to them, sources reveal.

According to reports, the technicians who had reported to work decided to break transmission to send a message to management for failing to pay them for over eight (8) months now.
