Honestly, I heard this on some radio stations in the capital – first from Asempa 94.7 FM and later some other ones stating that its an original voice of Deputy Communications Minister of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. Victoria Hammah.
I was in total doubt as to whether its through pertaining to the fact that she is a minister of state. But like I always say, “Images don’t lie” Â – she is the one and I believe this blunder must not be entertained because I am told she was caught in the same trance during a speech delivery at a ceremony during the same week.
