2013 CNN MultiChoice African Journalist Awards Finalists Revealed

The full list of finalists for this year’s CNN MultiChoice African Journalist Awards has been released and it features 27 prolific journalists from 11 countries across the Africa continent.

South Africa and Kenya tops the list with 5 nominations each. Ghana also features with two (2) nominations in the persons of Gifty Andoh Appiah from Joy News TV and Rebekah Awuah from GBC 24.

The main event which will be held on Saturday, October 12 in Cape Town, South Africa will be preceded by a four day programme of workshops, media forums, networking for the finalists.
