Anita Desooso is just another Confused Politician

Sometimes I simply roll on the floor when some of our leaders fumes over very sensitive issues of national interest that require more than a mere talk to cure the toxins at stake.

A plain example of my argument is the comment made by the National Women’s Organiser of the incumbent National Democratic Congress (NDC), Madam Anita Desooso.
In an interview with Captain Smart on Adom 106.3 FM’s morning show “Dwaso Ns3m” the newly appointed deputy National Coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) who alluded the continuous fall of the cedi to juju men who also work with dwarfs to go by their magical displays.
“Do we know where they get the money from? Do we know what they do with it? These dwarfs, the black magic, is what has made the cedi lose value,” she was quoted as saying.
For me, this statement shouldn’t have even come from a member of the ruling party who also doubles as a deputy  National Coordinator for a government organisation.
Many Economists in the country have already had some bites at her and I also back them (Economists) for condemning her words as childish.  I think she spoke as a lay-person who does not understand International Economics.
