Zylofon Media boss Apologizes to Stonebwoy and Team

Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Zylofon Media has apologized to musician Stonebwoy and his team for the infelicitous eventuality at the Champs Bar on Saturday night.
On Saturday, March 10, after Stonebwoy‘s performance at the Hilla Liman Hall in UoG-Legon, he moved with his team to Champs Bar where Kelvyn Boy‘s “Afrobeats Tour” was taking place. Chaos broke and gunshots were fired at the venue, when A&R in charge of Music at Zylofon MediaBulldog and Transport Manager stormed the place to retrieve the Hyundai Sonata car given to the reggae/dancehall musician by the entertainment company.
During the altercations, the younger brother of the musician, who was at the event was also said to have been injured in the mouth.
The business executive has condemned the unfortunate incident believed to be orchestrated by the Transport Manager; adding that it was an action he performed without a conscious thought.
“I apologize to team @stonebwoyb and all well wishers for the unfortunate ill incident that occurred. The transport manager exercised a discretion characterized by reflex and over exuberance. An act I vehemently condemn and discourage from our society,” he tweeted.

Stonebwoy was signed on to Zylofon Music in June 2017 before Shatta Wale was officially introduced as the latest signee to the label on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.
Zylofon Media owns and operates Zylofon Music, Zet Cinema, Zylofon 102.1 FM, Zylofon TV, Zylofon Cash (My Zylofon Dream), Zylofon Arts Club, Zylofon Arts Fund and many others.
