R. Kelly denied Bail
R&B singer R. Kelly has been denied a bail request in his New York City s£x-abuse case.
It was turned down by a federal judge Ann Donnelly in New York City.
The singer had initially asked the court to let him out on bail due to his failing health.
His trial date has been set and he will appear before the jury in May 2020.
This means that he will remain in jail until May 2020 when he will be tried.
The trial in New York will come, a month after he faces federal charges in Chicago.
