Top Ghanaian photographers TwinsDntBeg just pushed photography in Ghana a notch higher, as the two attends the 51st NAACP Image Awards.
Held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 in California, the twin photographers captured some of the best backstage and red carpet moments of the award scheme that celebrates outstanding performances in film, television, music, and literature.
The duo were at the ceremony with the President and CEO of GUBA Foundation and GUBA Awards, Akosua Dentaa Amoateng MBE.
TwinsDntBeg Senior said “those Kumasi boys now in Hollywood” in a post that accompanied a photo shot on the red carpet.
TwinsDntBeg Junior also shared: “We always saw ourselves covering big Events not in Ghana but else where . Little did we know that dream was closer than we imagined. It came in a different package but ended up been a blessing. Kumasi boys , born in Tech hospital now In Hollywood taking red carpet pictures.”
They have, over the years, worked with a number of key personalities and brands in Ghana, Africa, and the United Kingdom.
Known in real life as Samuel Appiah Gyan and Emmanuel Appiah Gyan, they were born on Monday April 3, 1989 in Kumasi.
They hold a degree in Agriculture with a major in Post-Harvest Technology and Landscape Management and Architecture respectively from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana.
