“House of Gold” Premieres April 12 in Accra

From the stables of multi award-winning actress Yvonne Nelson is another highly anticipated movie “House of Gold” which is set for premiere next week in the capital city, Accra.

The premiere comes off at the National Theatre on Friday, April 12 at exactly 6.00pm.

The movie revolves around a character Dan Ansah Williams – an entrepreneur, polygamist and Socialite who is battling with Cancer and has six (6) weeks left on his time line…

With the help of his long time associate and legal representative he decides to re-call all his children back home [which obviously was his last wish]… most of whom were products of various illicit affairs… However, the reunion proves a little more than everyone bargained for as each child indeed returns with an agenda… setting the stage for the most hilarious and bizarre 7 days of their lives…..

It stars astounding African movie stars including Majid Michel, Yvonne Nelson, Ice Prince Zamani, Eddie Watson, Omawumi Megbele, Frances Odega, Kofi Bucknor and Luckie Lawson [of “Spirited Actor” fame] as well as Umar Krub and Sandra Ankobia of Fashion 101 who played supporting roles in the movie.

Tickets are selling at the Silverbird Lifestyle store at the Accra Mall, Baatsona Total, Dream Sales, Tesano and Legon Apple Club.

The movie which awaits a premiere next Friday is produced by YN Production and directed by award winning director Pascal Amanfo. It is a Media GH presentation and will be the second major production following the release of ‘Single & Married’ in late 2012.
