Ghana’s dance industry has of course been growing from strength to strength and eliveghana.com can confirm preparations are underway to facilitate the establishment of an affiliate body of United Dance Organisation (UDO) in the country.
UDO is Europe’s largest street dance and event management organization that hosts over 20 dance-related events every year. It also engages in promoting and staging of street dance events around the globe.
In an exclusive interview, ace dance instructor, Mr. Moses Frimpong popularly known as Usher acknowledged how indigenes are really prepared for the establishment of UDO Ghana.
“I must admit Ghana just can’t wait for this big thing to happen; we are all waiting to have UDO Ghana,” he pronounced.
He also noted influencing lives positively after the ‘prospective, spectacular deal’ is finalized.
“The team believes when this become successful, there will be greater opportunities for dancers and industry players in the various countries that UDO is” he said. “I also envisage a period when UDO will be a house-hold name on the African continent for influencing lives positively through the events noted,” he added.
UDO can boast of at least 19 affiliated countries around the globe including but not limited to South Africa, Spain and England.
